I've been building in London for 10 years. Before that — Ukraine, where I learned early that the only way to create stability is to create it yourself.
EvoTalents started as a recruiter's instinct that there was a better way to connect tech talent with the companies that actually need them. 10 years later, we're a team of 10+ placing AI engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and C-level executives across the UK, Europe and the US.
Alongside the agency, I invest. In real estate (US and Bali) because I believe assets should work whether or not you're watching. And I document the journey publicly, because I think more founders should.
I also wrote a children's book. Sofia the Squirrel and Her Cookie Shop, because my daughter is seven and I couldn't find a book that showed kids how business actually works.

I wrote this book for my daughter. She's seven, and I couldn't find anything for her age that showed how business actually works, beyond the classic lemonade stand.
Sofia the Squirrel opens a cookie shop and discovers what it really takes to run a business: product, pricing, customers, reinvestment. Real concepts, told in a language a child understands.
This is the first book in a series. Each one introduces a different business model.
